Gemmy Halloween Witch's Cauldron Battery Operated Trick or Treat Bowl AS IS Read

This does not work right -- HAND DOES NOT MOVE. Sound DOES work and it's nice and loud. The hand is supposed to lower when someone puts their hand in for a treat, but I could not get the hand to work. The witch has three sayings: Trick or Treat Happy Halloween Thank You It takes 3 AA batteries -- the batteries are not included. It measures approximately 9" wide x 8" depth x 8 1/2" tall. You are buying this "as is" due to the hand not working right!
