Coat is in excellent pre loved condition. There is a button missing on the back slit as shown in close up photo - but there is an extra button inside you can see on if you want one there. Besides for that there are no rips, stains, pilling or other flaws to note. Jacket has ventilation under the arms. See close up photos for visual. Jacket says it’s a size 40 - I am an XS and it fits me nicely as an oversized jacket, but there is a lot of room for it to fit someone larger than me. See measurements below to ensure the correct fit. Measurements are 50.1 inches from shoulder to bottom, 23 inches from top of shoulder to bottom of arm, and 22.5 inches from pit to pit.
