This is a very lightweight, chiffon, off the shoulders blouse. Extra flattering for a few different sizes, ots an off white color with delicate lace along the top, the strings that tie the sleeves are woven black, & white, & the blouse has a slightly ruffled flounce at the bottom, fully lined, as the chiffon is transparent.
