Gauzey Anthropologie blouse with ruffles

This blouse from Maeve, an Anthropologie brand, is the perfect sheer layer. Great for throwing over a bathing suit as a cover up or by itself with a tank under it and some jeans. Ruffles along the front of sleeves and across the back. Labeled a size L but can fit a medium as well.
