Totally inspired by the awesome gathered VELVET legwarmers rock stars made famous, I designed and made my own pattern, with elastic around the top, and gathered up both sides. Great over your platform boots, for that gypsy look! . BOOTS ARE NOT INCLUDED. :) This is my original pattern and you won't find these anywhere else :) Rock on!
