Garnet Hill sz. 4p dress fit and partial flair. Medium brown with a white dot

Charming dress in a pretty shade of brown with a white dot. The dress has an attached belt that ties in the back. The front has lightweight gathering. The front decorative belt accents the front of the dress. The shoulders drop down and have tucks on the front and on the back which are hard to see in the photos. Super cute style. Measurements are pit to pit flatfold about 17”. The measurement from the shoulders to the waist measures about 11 1/4”. The total measurement from top of shoulders to hem measures about 36”.
