Garnet Hill Oatmeal Baby Alpaca Poncho Sweater

Poncho sweater from Garnet Hill. Baby alpaca is a precious fiber. It's from the animal's first shearing. It's extremely soft, light as a whisper, and warm without bulk or weight. Features: neutral color, wavy hemline, crew neck, ribbed cuffs. Lacy stitch pattern will require an under-layer of some kind. Batwing sleeves. This fabric is somewhat delicate. I pulled a minor snag to the inside and secured. This will not affect warmth or wear, nor does it show on the outside, but is something to be aware of especially if you wear jewelry or a belt. Label says dry clean only. As a knitter, I'd ignore that and handwash using Eucalan, spin (no rinse), and lay flat to dry. Up to you!
