In my opinion, Garnet Hill does not get enough press. They have great, simple, capsule wardrobe style pieces made out of fantastic fabrics. This sleeveless dress has a cross front top with gentle folds to accommodate cup size. It measures 17 inches armpit to armpit with some stretch. The waist measures 14 inches straight across and comes up a little bit high, almost empire waist. Pockets before falling to an A-line skirt. measures 39 inches shoulder to hem. Stretchy and springy viscose and elastin blend.
