From my limited testing, the watch: charges, turns on, sync's to satellites, and allows activities to be logged. The heart rate monitor [chest strap] appears to have issues connecting to the watch. Out of 10 or so attempts to get it to sync, it worked once and briefly. Due to the partial functionality as described, this is listed as parts only and not guaranteed to be fully functional.
