New in box with case and papers I think there is some kind of anti-reflective coating on the inside of the lenses, which helps to keep them dark when looking out and not have any new reflections inside the lens I bought both of these a while ago and never wore them so my loss is your gain. They have a nice hard shell case with a little clip for your belt or something and they come in the box. I have two of these available exact same model and color.
