I am between a 7 and 7.5 and for me they are on the bigger side. I think they are supposed to be roomy- very comfortable though

They might! On me they feel like a roomy 7.5. I think they are designed to have a little extra space for easy on easy off.. if you google the shoes you can see images of on feet, which may give you a sense. The interior footbed from heel to toe is about 9 5/8" if that helps.
