Super thick material. Wide leg bottoms. Gap brand khaki pants. I lost weight so I have to let these go. They were my favorite pants as the weight of the material is thick but overbearing and very comfy in the winter. Love these ad hate to see them go.

@lahschulte my bad I totally forgot. School starting etc. Anyway waist 17 inches inseam 24 inches Hips 21 inches. The material is thick but comfy it was my favorite pair of pants. I wish they still fit.
