Hi, I see a black dot at the back of a sleeve near the cuff. Is this a stain?

@zacdoo Hello, It is the a stain. It's a tiny bluish button-like thing that has 1969 inscribed on it. It's only on one side. I never noticed ot before and don't know what it's for??
