The sleeves are a cap sleeve layered flutter style. The material is made of 100% cotton and is a breezy, lightweight gauze / crepe type of material. A very versatile throw on and go piece that still has style. This blouse was previously owned. I did launder it and happy to report, no ironing seems to be needed with this piece. :) There is a little bit of wash wear but not pills. The color isn't a bold black more like a charcoal black. I'm not sure if this is how it always was or if it has some fade. I don't see any other notable flaws.
