Gap Stretch Cotton/Spandex Tulip Skirt - Size 4

Excellent, clean condition, but it's missing the hook at the top of the zipper, as pictured. 95% cotton/5% Spandex with a polyester liner. Measurements: Waist: 29" Hips: 36" as measured 6" below the waist Flare: 27" Length: 23" Even though there is Spandex in the construction, the waist has very little stretch, so I believe the waist is all cotton. But the rest of the skirt has plenty of stretch. Thanks for looking!
