This is a blue sleeveless, sweatshirt material shirt. Great athletic casual piece. Great acid washed details. It’s new, never worn and with tags. Pics don’t accurately depict the blue, but I’d say it is a dusty medium blue with the darker pigmented blue being closer to a dark navy blue.
