When I bought it, I had no. idea it was maternity. It is just a beautiful, Bohoish, dress! Every Mom (and expectant Mom) deserves to feel pretty, and this dress would do it! There is a drawstring just above the belly area, that you can use to tighten up the area, or leave it undone, and it will blouse out, and the string will go unnoticed. See photo. There is a miniscule tear in the tip of the V neck, that would likely only take 1 or 2 stitches to close. I honestly never noticed it, until I was taking close up photos.
