This was NWT until just a few minutes ago when my dear fur baby chihuahua Max decided to pull the tag off. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thus now it is NWOT, never worn in perfect condition, and had been stored folded in a plastic container. fabric is a blend, cotton, rayon, viscose and silk.
