Gap Festival Rave neon yellow or green khaki shorts NWT size 20

Shorts are sunkissed. They are a very vibrant neon yellow or green. I can't tell which one it leans closer to. There are a couple small faint marks by one pocket, I have not tried to stain treat. The color is so vibrant it reminds me of a highlighter.
