Hi there it is a nice sweater. I am little worried about the fit, would you say it is a smallish medium or true to size?

@betsyguimond Hello! I have added some pics with measurements. I would say it is true to size for a men’s medium, it does have a lot of stretch, as shown in the last picture. It appears to be black in some of the pictures, but it is a navy blue.
