Ganni navy trouser pants listed size EU 32 (us 0) fits like size 2-4

Ganni navy trousers (lighter material). Tag says EU size 32, US 0, but these fit more like a 2-4. For reference, I am usually a size 4/27 in pants and fit into these (while a bit tight). Inseam around 29/30 inches. Stretch waistband in the back
