The fabric undergoes a pre-shrinking process with a ring drying and water washing process. The custom-made thread is then delinted and washed twice. The fabric is comfortable and skin-friendly. The main body fabric and thread yarns are custom-dyed. This is done using a fully automatic oval-shaped heated integrated printer with a four-layer screen and digital direct printing.
