This is a new Gaiam hot and cold foot, hand, and neck roller, stretcher, massager. It does not come with the original box, but is unused. The roller can be used for feet, hands, wrists, in the mid-back, or neck. It provides cryotherapy treatment as an ergonomic massage roller—providing ideal relief for plantar fasciitis. Frozen water bottles have long been used to reduce swelling and inflammation and ease the pain of plantar fasciitis. This Roller offers a faster and more effective solution for rolling-out this cold therapy. Can also be used at room temperature to stretch. Directions To use the Foot Roller, first place it in the freezer for two hours. When ready, apply pressure as needed for comfort, avoiding exceeding 10 minutes of ice-cold therapy per session. After each use, clean the roller with mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to dry completely before reinserting into a plastic bag and placing it back into the freezer. It can be submerged in warm water for a hot-roller treatment.
