@lahealy1316 , hi :). It is in great used condition. It came to me gently worn, and I have only worn it one time. The cotton fleece is lovely and warm, the sleeves are regular length. I think it is a version of the Simplicity Cowl Neck Below Knee Dress in Olive. They have similar styles now in t he super cowl neck, this is a regular cowl with a hip band, no pockets. Hope that helps!
