joshua_b_scott @hugosman This is something I copied from the original distributor's listing for this item. I honestly couldn't say for sure exactly how this item works. There are things I acquire in liquidation which I am unfamiliar with. If they are sealed/unopened, I can feel somewhat safe reselling without knowing what it is. I apologize that I do not feel confident concluding more about this item. I'll try to find the distributor's listing and forward it to you.

joshua_b_scott @hugosman So, from what I gather from AI (Gemini), it is ready and able to use as is. The Turbo Base (sold separately) is a recharging device made to give the product further life cycles. I could not see how long the first (or a typical) life cycle is.

hugosman says it will need it to remove the humidity....how do you discharge the accumulated water ti reuse again...its not so clear and not a good marketing strategy by GW as its not clear
