There are similar dresses being sold in the US on Poshmark, but none of them have this backing and the fabric seems to be very different. This dress is SOFT. It's COMFY. They make them different in Europe. Anyway. I think I paid $200 for this but I'm not married to the price. Please make offers although it's VERY hard to let this go.
