Dress is made of a very soft material and is purple but some may call it blue. The pictures show the true color. It is a size Small. The top has elastic in it stretches to fit. Unstretched it is about 21 inches – Stretched about 30 inches. There are straps that can be adjusted. They measure about 14 ½ inches. The back hangs lower than the front. It is about 55 inches long from the top of the shoulder to the hem. It can be adjusted. It can also be worn by tucking in the straps. It has deep pockets on each side. Only worn a couple times - Great Condition
