missstinaaa Hi there, shat’s wrong with the strap? Is it just frayed? Or is it torn like it will fall apart? Like is the integrity of the strap still ok to carry some weight?

jamak48 @missstinaaa hi. The strap does have a crack in it no the whole thing and does have some life left. You could probably get it replaced or fixed or get a chain strap for it.
