It is used, so here please note the following callouts: - Exterior has minor rubbing on corners that result in darkened suede. Personally the wear adds to character but is present nonetheless. -bamboo carry handle has 2 very very small marks - there are very small black marks on back of backpack (perhaps pen marks?) - minor scratches in suede -inside has ZERO notable flaws or wear or marks of any kind.
