GUCCI TOM FORDs farewell collection fall 2004 velvet/leather shoulder bag

PLEASE READ before purchase: This is a very special bag. I have included snips of an article from Vogue that talks about this specific bag. I am not sure of the purchase price, but it was in the Gucci window on 5th Ave when it was purchased by my late father-in-law for my mother-in-law. If you scroll through the pictures you will see that the original bag had a pink velvet stripe. My MIL painted the stripe black (I know, the horror). I have inherited this bag and inquired with a place in NJ, Rago Brothers, about fixing it. I have included a screenshot of that correspondence. So, although damaged, it is not beyond repair, and otherwise barely used and in excellent condition. I have researched and I think that my price, plus the price of repair is still a great deal.
