glitz7189 Ok thanks. It’s just that most sellers say it’s authentic when it is cuz, there are alot of ‘Gucci” hats listed that say Gucci, but are not authentic. And as far as the receipt is concerned, there’s no way that any anyone would know that this receipt is actually for this hat, so I just wanted to check. Thank you.

beyou__boutique @glitz7189 I definitely understand! Uploading the receipt was the best way possible for me to show that this is an authentic piece. It’s important to me to adhere to Poshmark’s policies, and it would be against their policies to list an item as authentic and it not be as such. I could lose my account if I were to sell inauthentic items.

beyou__boutique @glitz7189 It’s also important for me to keep my 5 star rating. I’m not sure if you’re able to see any of my reviews on your end, but they’re to a high standard! I’ve sold other high end designer items as well, all which have received 5 star ratings. Buyers also have the option to reject an item upon receipt if they find an issues. I haven’t experienced this due to me having high standards for my items, and the items having been lightly worn and taken care of. I do appreciate your feedback.

beyou__boutique @glitz7189 the receipts also show the style #, which would lead back to this specific style from GUCCI, as well as a picture of the hat at the bottom of the second receipt. I do hope this helps

glitz7189 @beyou__boutique trust me I understand all of that. I am also a Poshmark seller and my ratings are very high. But my husband has been taken so many times with things he has just purchased including a Gucci hat. It says we are not allowed to sell designer copies but some sellers do and I don’t understand how they get away with it. In fact, I just sent a note to customer support questioning that. We’ll see if I get an answer.
