letycloset Hi, sorry to contact you but I recently sold to you a Prada Sunglasses and a Versace bag. The bag was not approved by Poshmark Concierge and I thought it was because of two stains the bag has, however, I received my bag bac today and the tassel was broken which it wasn't. Poshmark never provided explanation of why the bag was returned and I wondering if you received explanation and photos from concierge.

letycloset I am very disappointed this happened to me. I took a video of the bag and the mailing label before I sent the bag and I also took many photos before I sent it out. I emailed Poshmark support but I don't think they will solve this on my favor.

vickyha1977 @letycloset - I’ve never recaived the bag. Poshmark informed me the chain was broken so I didn’t want it. They sent it back to you. Again, I’ve never received the bag.

letycloset @vickyha1977 so extrange, they said on the email I received that they had sent you pictures so I was wondering if those pics they said they sent had the tassel broken. I took a video of the bag with the mailing label next to it. The tassel was perfect. I sent today an email to Poshmark and I sent the video and photos of the bag with the mailing label.

letycloset I never had that experience before with Poshmark. You will never expect that Poshmark could damage the items you sent to concierge. I had sent several items to concierge and I never had any problems.
