The insoles are missing from both shoes. The snakeskin is in good overall condition but the does feel a little dry to the touch. Everything I've read on cleaning snakeskin recommends using an exotic leather conditioner to keep the skin supple. The shoes measure 11" long from toe to heel, and are 3.5" wide at the widest part of the ball of the foot. Sizing is based on the Gucci official website size chart.
