GUC metallic ring box with hinge and bow on top

GUC metallic ring box with hinge and bow on top. Measurements: 1.5” all around. Interior is lined in black velvet. Would be great for someone’s vanity or as part of jewelry organization. There’s some tarnish on it and I tried to capture in pictures. It’s just gathering dust on my dresser which I cleaned off as best I could. Please ask questions!
