This shirt is so classy and cute! The bottom layer of this shirt is a halter style with a plastic turquoise circle and the top layer is sewn shut at the bottom and open at the top. Short sleeves and nice and stretchy. Only worn a few times and lots of wear left in her. With every order I include a free gift. 💝
