It’s a zip hook closure at the waist. Two side pockets at the front no pockets on the back. And this does have the loops. Measurement almost 31 inches and there’s no stretch to this fabric, although the sizing on these do say 28L Inseam length is approximately 26 1/2 inches Please ask questions and make offers!
