One small pucker spot by the right pocket, shown in pic. Button fly, high rise, light factory distressing 5 pockets. Some call this fit a skinny but the leg appears more slim or tapered fit to me. 5 1/2" across one way. Cotton and polyurethane. Approximate measurements: 15 3/4" waist, 11" rise, 27" inseam. B61-6272
