GRACE ELEMENTS Peplum Striped Chic Pencil Skirt

An original Grace Elements striped pencil skirt with a beautifully corset designed peplum. Never worn still has tags attached. I did have this hemmed originally because it was a bit too long for me, which you can see in pic theres a good 1.5 inch hem. It turned out to still be too long for me and never ended up altering it further. Slight stretch material so it will fit beautifully. About 24" from waist with hem.
