breezysharp33 @mssparklez You are welcome. I updated pics and added approximate measurements while garment lying flat, across chest 22" with additional loose fabric in front due to way designed/sewn, top of shoulder to bottom hem 32".

breezysharp33 @mssparklez It is due to the drop shoulder type hemming. It is cut like an hour glass, it comes in at the waist and then sort of flares back out at the hips if that makes sense? Plus the plunging V neck type opening, it gives a wider measurement at bust.
