GORGEOUS!! Handmade in Italy Embellished Flats EUC

SO PRETTY!! Handmade embellished flats with cut-out detailing, purchased on a whim in Italy but (after wearing them once or twice) have come to realize they're just slightly too small for me. :( There's not a size noted but I would peg these as European Size 38.5. LOVE them but they're just slightly too small for me and need a good home. (For reference, I'm usually a European size 39 and American size 8.5)
