GORGEOUS ELLE midi summer dress, NWT, halter-style top, hi-low hem, XXL

Beautiful summer floral dress by ELLE, NWT. It has a halter style top, full back zip, thin black belt, flounce near the bottom, and a slight hi-low hem. The top layer is slightly sheer but it is fully lined. This would be a beautiful, classy dress for summer weddings or events. My camera isn't acting right today and doing it justice. It is white with royal blue, orange, red and green flowers. Again, it's NWT and no flaws.
