izzycat25 Waist is approx 16” and hips are approx 18”. It was taken in slightly at waist and hips for a more fitted look. Length on longest layer is approx 50” from armpit to hem. I am 5’4 and wore 3 inch heels with it if that helps. Let me know if you have any additional questions. 😊
