The Project Rock BSR, takes its name from yet another of The Rock's training slogans: Blood.Sweat.Respect., a phrase you'll find all over his gear and Iron Paradise gym setups. The BSR shares a few features of the standard PR3, like UA's full rubber Tribase outsole to help improve durability, but has a lower profile with no knit bootie, and a shorter midsole (composed of UA's Charged Cushioning instead of the energy return HOVR material). The kicks will still serve as a solid base for your weight room routine, but you'll likely find that the new design moves a bit better when you take to the gym floor or turf for ladder drills, short sprints, or whatever workout you can cook up.
