The instructions inside these gloves reads "The cloth portion of the glove is fabricated from an inherently fire resistant material (nomex) that does not melt or drip. Can be laundered without losing its fire resistant properties and no retreatment is necessary." The fingers measure 1/2 x 1/2 inch and fit snugly so you can maintain dexterity, but the material has some stretch if you need it. Leather is very thin and soft. Gloves are brand new with connective sewing. If your name is Johnston, the gloves are already identified for you.
