Large mixed lot of vintage General Electric internal documents from the Heavy Military Electronics Department and Defense Electronics Division in Syracuse, New York. Dates range from the mid-1950s through the early 1980s and include cost-improvement proposals, correspondence, award notifications, technical memos, and formal certificates issued to employee N. S. Campbell. Several embossed GE award certificates are included, along with VECP and Value Improvement Program documents. Many pages are typed originals or carbon copies, some hole-punched as originally stored in plant binders. A substantial archival collection representing GE’s Cold War–era cost-reduction programs, engineering processes, and internal recognition systems.
Documents show normal age toning, handling wear, binder holes, and occasional stains or edge creases. Award certificates remain clean and presentable with intact embossed seals. All pages remain legible. See pictures for further details on condition.
