GAP Wrap-Around Skirt w/ Sash 16

This skirt is darling! It's a size 14 but fits more like a 16 in my opinion. Excellent like new condition! Color is black but lightened to show detail. See pic #4 for a better idea of color! 18” across waist, 20” length.
