mmm92918 @kjassarmstrong When the skirt is laid out flat it measures 16in.I just tried it on again it hits right below my belly button, 33in. My hips are 41in.,waist is 28.5in. I’ve tried to convince my self to wear the skirt through out the years. My hips fluctuate from 38 to 41in.,natural waist goes from 27 to 29in. I hope this info helps. I’m going to edit the post and add some pics of how I measured. FYI not a dress/skirt gal
