95% rayon/viscose, 5% spandex. Form fitting halter top type dress with a runched middle. Navy with white pin stripes. Super comfortable and stretchy. Has a nice broken in t-shirt kind of feel. Tiny hole on back of left side, see all photos. I'm a size 4/6, and this fits like a glove. Size small.
