GAP NWOT Vintage Turtle/Cowl Neckwarmer

New without tags. Vintage chunky knit neck warmer from GAP. It can be worn either rolled down or scrunched. I've had this forever but never did it justice by wearing it. It's very cool. Super thick and substantial. It's Blue, Black, White cable knit. 78% Acrylic/14% Wool/8% Polyester. It's soft and not itchy at all. About 14" long, but it's very stretchy. One size.
