These GAP High Rise Stretch Flare Dress Pants are new with tags. They're made from a bidirectional stretch cotton-spandex material and feature a zipper fly with snap closure, and have an 11" inseam. They are a size 10 regular. They're just a bit too long for me and I haven't had the chance to hem them. They've been stored in a clean closet in a non-smoking household.
